He was predeceased by: his sister Gwen. He is survived by: his wife Carol McMillan; his children, Kathryn Deiter (Bob Hussey) of Hamilton, ON, Mary Deiter (Pavel Krusina) of Langdon, AB, David Deiter of Egmont, BC and Susan Deiter of Thornbury, ON.; his grandchildren, Amy, Alex Krusina and Troy Hussy (Kathleen Mockler); his great grandchild Duncan Hussey; and his friend Gordon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kipp Funeral Home (184 Grand River St N, Paris, ON N3L2N1). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
