As Norbert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Norbert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norbert leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Ada; his children, Wendy (Darrel) and Raymond (Irene); and his grandchildren, Natasha (Josh), Vanessa, Tamara (Jamie), Isaac (Kristen), Nathan (Krystal), Joel (Abigail) and Matthew (Shayna). He is also survived by his eleven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedarview Church (20 Cedar St, Paris, ON N3L0A1).
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Easter Seals Ontario in honour of Norbert and his great-granddaughter Julia would be appreciated by the family.
