Richard Starks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Starks of Paris, Ontario, who passed away on August 12, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sarah "Sally"; his significant other Jan Wilson; his children, Dean (late Jacqueline Whalen) and Chris (Cara); his stepdaughter Amber (Jay); and his grandchildren, Davis, Sarah, Breanna, Dean, Ceely and Jason. He was also cherished by in laws and several nieces and nephews.
