She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Erica Dawn; and her siblings, Brian and Donna. She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; her sons, Michael, Steven and Wayne (Christina); her grandson Jeffrey; and her siblings, Nancy, Neal (Debbie) and Stuart. She is also survived by her extended family, dear friends.
