Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stephen Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Scrutton and Paul Scrutton; and his brother Nigel. He is survived by: his wife Nora; his siblings, Jill Scrutton-Fulford (Neil) and Hilary Merritt (Robert); and his brother-in-law Ian Droppo (Anna-Marie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home (1105 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON N3L3E3).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Hospital Cancer Centre Foundation or the charity of your choice in Stephen's honour would be appreciated by the family.
