Though Steven may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Welch and Marguerite Welch; and his sister Marlene Cassidy. He is survived by: his spouse Anne-Maree; his daughter Erica Hind (Jon); his grandchildren, Colbey and Kristian; his brother-in-law George; and his pet Wilson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 530 (316 Marsland Dr, Waterloo, ON N2J3Z1).
