He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Lorne, Helen and Tom; and his uncle Tim. He is survived by : his mother Karen Irwin; his stepfather Adrian Cornelissen; his father Brian McIntosh; his siblings, Jennifer (Jamie), Jessica, Stephanie, Jacqueline (Kevin), Samantha (Kevin), Danielle (Dave) and Martin (Mandi); and his grandmother Donna. He is also survived by his many aunts uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
