We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2021, at the age of 21, MacKenzie Worsley (Parkhill, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandfather Carlyle Thomson. He is survived by : his parents, John Worsley (Rachel MacIntyre) and Christine Vivian (Mohammed El Hayani); his stepmother Ann Marie Worsley; his siblings, Josh Worsley (Donna) and Grace Worsley; his grandparents, Graham Worsley (Roseann), Christine Hicks (Joe), Lloyd, Caroline Vivian and Wendy Thomson; and also Dillian Worsley. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Canadian Diabetes Foundation.
