He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Peter Klynstra; his brother-in-law Keith Smith; his parents, Ralph Hunter and Verna Hunter; and his brother Edward Hunter (Ted).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Pat); his stepchild Jesse Jacklin (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Emma and William; his mother-in-law Jane; his sisters-in-law, Agnes Vincent (Hector), Janet and Judy Pearson (Phil); his niece Sarah Manton (Chris); and his nephew Stephen Hunter (Ashley). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
