He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas Cavanagh (Pat); his parents, Donald Ernest and Edith Laverne Cavanagh (Laughlin); Gerry, Harold Christenson and Wende Meunier.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Margaret Cavanagh (Christenson); his sons, Brent Cavanagh (Betty) and Duane Cavanagh (Amber); his grandchildren, Aiden, Anika, Brianna and Alicia Cavanagh; his sibling Marlyn Riley (late Arthur); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Fiskari.
