He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Ryan (Justice) and Montana; his grandchildren, Landon and Amelia Rose; his mother Andrea Bartholomew; his siblings, Courtney (Walter), Natalie (Ricky) and Kerry (Rob); his brother-in-law Steve (late Bobbie Jo); his aunt Sherri; and his grandmother Judy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
