She was predeceased by: her parents, Aili Lehtoranta and Sulo Lehtoranta; and her sibling's child Mervi Borman. She is survived by: her spouse Martti; her sibling Raimo (Terttu); her half-sister Arja Lahti (Olli); her sibling's children, Lauri Lehtoranta, Terhi, Ari Suntio, Jaana Karhapää, Jari (Taina) and Jussi Peikari (Pirjo); and also, Laila, Meeri and Mailis.
