He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hurlbut and Sylvia Hurlbut; his son Gavin Hurlbut; and his sister Hope. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hurlbut and Rebecca Kaiser; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle Buttineau, Vanessa Hurlbut, Aeron, Anya Fox, Rosemary and Abigail Kaiser; his former wife Danielle; his siblings, Myrtle and Ian (late Grace); and his cousin Jan Boulard. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
