He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Dolliver and Anne Dolliver Carlton; and his brother Kenny Dolliver (Lynn). He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Dolliver (Christine) and Carol Collison (late Ivan); and his nieces and nephews, Danny (Kim), Shelly (Brad), David (Kathy), Leanne, Courtney (Divya), Joe (Paula) and Scott (Amanda). He is also survived by nephews, other relatives, and friends.
