He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Merle; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ormiston; his child Reilly Ormiston (Rena); his grandson Arthor Ormiston; his stepchildren, Ashley Chowns (Richard) of Parry Sound, Adam Rachar of Parry Sound, Elizabeth Rachar of Parry Sound and Jennifer Rachar of Parry Sound; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Scarlett and William Middlebrook; his sister Wanda Zvanitajs (George); his sibling's children, Andrew, Eric and Krista; and his friend Carolynn Simpson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Logan Funeral Home (81 James St, Parry Sound, ON P2A1T7). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Logan Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to assist the family with funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated.
