He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Merle; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ormiston; his child Reilly Ormiston (Rena); his grandson Arthor Ormiston; his stepchildren, Ashley Chowns (Richard) of Parry Sound, Adam Rachar of Parry Sound, Elizabeth Rachar of Parry Sound and Jennifer Rachar of Parry Sound; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Scarlett and William Middlebrook; his sister Wanda Zvanitajs (George); his nephews, Andrew and Eric; his niece Krista; and his friend Carolynn Simpson.
