He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonny; his children, Jenny (Nolan) and Scott; his grandchildren, Hannah, Alexander Mackie, Liam and Lauryn McConnell; his pet Charlie; his parents, Rose McConnell and Ernest McConnell; and his siblings, Margie (Dennis), Sara (Mike), Jimmy, Gilbert, Ernie, Dennis, Clifford, David, Ephie, Bobby, Michael, Leona, Rita, Sheila and Kate. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, in-laws, out-laws and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sylvan Acres Cemetery (65 Hurdville Rd, McKellar, ON P0G1C0). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Torrance Funeral Home (89 Bowes St, Parry Sound, ON P2A2L8).
