He was predeceased by: his parents, Lieutenant Adam Sr. Laskowski and Kazimiera Laskowski; and his siblings, Chris (Julie) and Mary. He is survived by: his children, Melanie, Melissa, Nick (Amber), Tom and Gene (Dustin); his grandchildren, Madison, Chloe and Sophie "Jellybean"; his siblings, Edward (late Denise) and Teresa Broderick (Wayne); his siblings-in-law, Val Nolting (Charlie), Michele Schleen (Donnie), Roxane Musclow (Shane) and Mike Keller (Barb); his wife Lynn Keller; and his caregiver Lisa Spence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, an act of kindness and passing it on in memory of Adam is most appreciated.
