It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Theresa Mayfield of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Mayfield; her parents, Peter Kutchaw and Helen Kutchaw; and her siblings, Mark, Cecil, Ambrose, Felix and Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (Bruce Jurgens), Paul Mayfield (Colleen McGuire) and Danny Mayfield (Donna Pecarskie); her grandchildren, Dr. Paul Jurgens (Christy), Dr. Laura Jurgens (Robert Armstrong), Michael Mayfield (Tatianna LIttle), Matthew McGuire (Joanie Tsang), Jenica McGuire, Kimberly Mayfield (Sean Ferrigan), Hilary Pecarskie (Byron Yeretch), Layna Barrett, Liz Mayfield (Richard Brown) and Hailey Mayfield (Jeff Berthelette); and her great grandchildren, Holly, Soren Jurgens, Keenan Mayfield, Kaleb Little-Hunter, Declan McGuire, Ellery Little-Mayfield and Austin Yeretch.
