She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Chaput; her daughter Anna Marie; her parents, Paul Vaudry Sr. and Clarina Leblanc; her brothers, Arthur (Letitia), Alfred, Andre and Paul; and her grandson Tyler Dorzyk.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rose-Marie Dorzyk (Percy) and Paulette Chaput; and her siblings, Lorrain, Joseph (Janet), Phillias, Gerry, Mary Lafrance, Rita Mau, Marguerite Kelly and Laurette Halliday (Stan). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would be appreciated.
