She was predeceased by: her spouse Winfried'Fred'Dehnicke; her parents, Martha Stiebing and Heinrich Stiebing (Germany); her siblings, Konrad, Hans and Emy; and her nephew Andre.

She is survived by: her children, Margit Dehnicke-Templeton (Gord) and J. Michael'Mike'Dehnicke (Donna); her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Jessica), Kimberly (Louis), Erin and Sarah (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Lucien, Oliver, Harlan and Audrey; her sister Freida; her nephews, Harald, Stefan, Mario (Kerstin) and Sandy; and her niece Sylvia.
