He is survived by: his children, Tracy Kathen and Jason; his siblings, Robert Kathen (late Jenesta), Angela Huckabone (late Tom) and Janet Severin (Melville); and his siblings-in-law, Freda Kathen, Robert Irvine Stittsville (Marilyn) and Barbara Irvine.
