With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Pleau (Pembroke, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Pleau to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Pleau; her parents, Frederick Carnegie and Jessie Carnegie; her siblings, Garnet Carnegie (late Ruth), Ivan Carnegie (late Lois) and Freda Hatfield (late Stuart); Hayden Pleau (Lorna) and Vicky Scobie (Terry).
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie (Brett Leishman) and Chris (Stacey); her grandchildren, Meredith Pleau, Brooklyn Pleau, Ryan Leishman, Adam Leishman (Tera Hehn), Abby and Chelsea Pleau; her great grandchildren, Hope, Xavier, Amelia, Olivier, Lena and Wyatt; Bernie Pleau (Lydia), Sharon Stufko (Mark) and Charlene Lacharity (Mike).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Columba's Cemetery (23 Tv Tower Rd, Pembroke, ON K8A6W6).
