She was predeceased by: her husband William Barker; her parents, Lorne Markus and Emma Markus; her sons, Kenneth, Garry and Robert; her grandson Michael Hiscock; and her brother Everett Markus (Monica).
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Hayes (Chris); her daughter-in-law Brenda Barker (late Garry); her grandchildren, Denise, Christine, Nicole, Jason, Emma and Eric; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Nicholas, Matthew, Autumn, Alexander and Oliver; and her brother Martin Markus (Theresa).
