She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Montgomery; her son Gary; her grandson Brian Peeke; her son-in-law Michael Berrigan; and her parents, Eugene Lair and Anna Lair.
She is survived by: her children, Cécile (Jack Schreader), Elizabeth (Brian Adam), Philip (Sally Fitzpatrick), Anne (Neil Seabert), Gisèle Montgomery, Janet (Peter Lamarche), Catherine (Lorne Gillis), Nicole Montgomery and Charles. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (106 Rue Saint-Jacques, Chapeau, QC J0X1M0).
