He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dwayne and Arnold MacIntosh (late Maureen); his parents, Ranald MacIntosh and Josephine MacIntosh; and his parents-in-law, Harry and Keitha Ham (Nicholson).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene MacIntosh; his sons, Wade MacIntosh (Susan) and Brett MacIntosh (Jodie); his grandchildren, Trista Kenny (Jared), Jordan MacIntosh (Kaitlin), Taylor Lachance (Jason) and Lukas MacIntosh; his great grandchildren, Briar, Colt, Emmett, Riggs Kenny, Jaxson, Raeya MacIntosh and Mayci Lachance; his siblings, Boyd MacIntosh (Charlotte) and Noel MacIntosh (Gail); and his brothers-in-law, Garry Ham (Grace) and Lorne Ham.
