He was predeceased by: his siblings, Winnifred Doel (late Percy), Marjorie McIntosh (late Wesley), Velma Bouchard (late Aurelle), Jack (late Phyllis) and Ronald (late Mildred).

He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Thomas; his children, Roley (Joyce), Pembroke and Randy (Kelly); his grandchildren, Robyn and Rawleigh Thomas; and his siblings, Douglas, Doreen Armstrong (late Erwin) and Mary Armstrong (late Fred). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, good deeds to a friend or stranger would be appreciated by Cliff's family.
