He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hoffman and Jean Hoffman; his brothers, Clarence (Lorraine) and Carson; and his sister-in-law Ruth Bryan (Bryce).

He is survived by: his sons, Dan (Linda), Ron (Judy) and Gary (Tammy); his grandchildren, Sarah (Tom) and Kyle (Chantal); his siblings, Vi Keuhl (Allan) and Freddy (Lorna); and his siblings-in-law, Carl "Bud" Severin (Betty), Eleanor Selles (Rick), Shirley McLean (George) and Harry Severin (Claire). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
