Denise Chaput Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Denise Chaput (Pembroke, Ontario). Denise, born on December 27, 1966, passed away on July 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Denise for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While she will be deeply missed, the influence she had on the lives around her remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Denise’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences she brought to the world.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vance Mathieu; her daughter Celina Anne Dube; her brother Brian Chaput; her parents, Alexander Chaput and Hazel Turcotte (Philip Richer); and her nieces and nephews, Shayna and Kyle Chaput (Faith).

As an expression of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or Endangered Species Fund of Canada would be appreciated.
