With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwade Lavallie of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on November 1, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Michelle Lavallie; his children, Cody, Jade (Terri) and Kristen; his grandchildren, Zachary, Carley and Colton; his siblings, Carleen Godin (Edward) of Petawawa and Blaine Lavallie (Cathy) of Pembroke; his daughters, Jenny Lynn and Kaleigh Elizabeth; and his parents, Cyril Joseph and Mary Joan Lavallie. He was also cherished by many family members and friends.

DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED AT THE CHURCH AT ANY GIVEN TIME - FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE FUNERAL SERVICE.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Patient Alumni Association would be appreciated.
