She was predeceased by: her spouse Frank Mulligan; her son Francis Mulligan; her brother James; and her parent Joseph Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Gwen Flowers (late Robert) of Pembroke, Grace McLaughlin (Hayden) of Pembroke, Thomas Mulligan of Pembroke, Heather Newton (David), Iris Mulligan, Pembroke Severin and Donna Severin (Doug); her sister Ethel Clark; her grandson Terry Flowers; her sibling-in-law Idena Edwards; and her parent Ellen Edwards. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
