He is survived by: his sister Debra Anne; his wife Gisela; his daughters, Joanne Campbell (Maurice), Barbara Booker and Jennifer Lowe; his grandchildren, Megan, Dylan, Andrew, Tyler, Sarah, Jessica, Ethan and Zander; and his nieces, Diane Park (Joseph) and Tammy Warren (Dave).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
