It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleonore Chouinard (Pembroke, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleonore Chouinard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Camille Dumouchel and Marie Louise Dumouchel; and her siblings, Armandine Kelly, Armand Dumouchel, Alice Pleau, Oscar Dumouchel, Noella Goudreau, Regina Lance, Adelard Dumouchel and Lucien Dumouchel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lea Barriault, Aurele Dumouchel and Theresa Lance. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19, a Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke Ontario, with interment of ashes in Notre Dame Cemetery, Montreal Rd., Ottawa.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
