It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Chaput (Pembroke, Ontario), who passed away on January 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Anna Marie; and his sisters, Laura Campbell and Mary Carmen Leal. He is survived by: his spouse Alice Delia Chaput; and his children, Rose-Marie Dorzyk (Percy) and Paulette Chaput.
