She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cliche and Regina Cliche; and her siblings, Raymond Cliche, Junetta Antler, Gladys Duhaime, Doreen Chambers and Ila Godin.

She is survived by: her significant other Bill Premo; her children, Molly Darby, Ranson Darby (Amber), Holly Patenaude (John) and Crystal Bruce (Daniel); her grandchildren, Chad, Cory, Tanner, Austin, William, Phillip, Jillian, Millie and Isla; and her sibling Carol-Ann Corriveau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Joseph's Food Bank would be appreciated in lieu of flowers, reflecting Frances's lifelong desire to make sure others were cared for and well fed.
