He was predeceased by: his wife Libby; and his sisters, Jean Potvin and Mary Smith. He is survived by: his children, Debi Arsenault, Patty Faught (Tom) of Timmins, Chris of Chalk River and Steve (Kim) of Kingston; and his sister Margaret Davies.
In memory of Frank, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital or All Saints Church in Petawawa would be appreciated.
