He was predeceased by: his parent Lyman Biggs; and his sisters, Joyce Clarke (late Earl) and Adele Cameron (late Jack). He is survived by: his spouse Iris Biggs; his children, Robert (Angie), Mark (Donna), Pembroke and Christopher (Patricia); his grandchildren, Tanya, Gary (Kelli), Megan, Erik, Jamie-Lynn, Camryn and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Kane, Mason and Aubri; and his parent Crystal Biggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
