He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shaw-Verhoek (Hendrik), Lana, Lisbeth (Peterborough) and Dana (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Emily Verhoek (Andrew Rous), Grace Welch (Jeremy), Sean Cullen (Elise Dingman), Ryan Verhoek (Victoria), Remick Shaw (Kayla Stewart), Milo Cullen (Taylor Armitage), Connor Shaw (Komal), Scott Shaw and Nicole Shaw; his great grandchildren, Carson Rous, Shaw Rous, Lily Cullen, William Welch, James Cullen, Patrick Welch and Ronan Verhoek; his brother-in-law Brad Perrin (Joan Winton Perrin); his sibling's children, Heather Tillotson (Keith), Robert Blakney (Barbara), John Shaw (Nancy), Kimberley Shaw, Dean (Johnette), Shane, Cary, Christopher, Bradford Maxwell, Chad Perrin (Kelly) and Amy Ogg-Perrin (Scott); his father Herbert Shaw (Herb); his wife Maureen Constance Perrin of Pembroke; his family, Leo Lafrance, Lorne Foran, Paul Lafrance and Bill Instance; and his caregivers, Innomar Infusion, Sally, Morgan, George Mathew, Dr. Marlene Van Gentevoort, Dr. Fred Matzinger, Dr. Derek Jonker, Dr. Kristopher Dennis and Dr. Mohammed Alaqaili.
