We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2022, at the age of 95, Idella Muriel Hammel (Pembroke, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Verner Hammel; her son Keith Hammel; her parents, Herbert Maves and Elfrieda Maves; her brothers, Victor Maves (Erna) and Donald Maves (Evelyn); and her siblings-in-law, Harvey Hammel (Irene) and Ellard Hammel (late Shirley).

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Shirley Jessup (Herb); her grandchildren, Perry Hammel and Paula Ramsay (Justin); her great grandchildren, Allison Mcauley (Jamie), Carly Hammel-Ramsay and Daniel Ramsay; her great great grandchild Carter; her sister Delores "Laurie" Videto (Neil); and her siblings-in-law, Marion Ashick (late Garnet), Grace Tabbert (Bill), Erma O'Connor (John) and Audrey Hamilton (Reg). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
