It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Marie Lecompte of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rene C. Lecompte; her parents, Robert Larocque and Donalda Larocque; and her siblings, Daniel (Thelma), Robert Larocque (Joan) and Lillian Belaire (late Hector).

She is survived by: her children, Rene Lecompte of Pembroke and Steven Lecompte (Kim) of Sudbury; her grandchildren, Bob, Tapanga and Mariah Lecompte; her sister Aline Boucher (late Albert); and her sibling's children, Ronald, Randy, Gilbert, Daniel, Deborah, Robert and Richard.
