She was predeceased by: her spouse Ira Raymond Kohlsmith; her son Donald "Donnie" (Carol); her parents, John Nephin and Lillian Nephin; and her siblings, Myrtle (Emmett), Shelton, Hubert, Thadius (Bertha), Gilbert (late Marguerite), Adrian (Kay), Bernie (late Joyce), Lennox (Joyce), Emmett (late Carol) and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" (Faye), Velma Desjardins (late Gary), William "Bill" (Judy) and Lawrence "Larry" (Kathy); her grandchildren, Rick (Christine), Stephanie Kohlsmith, Christine Haase (Fred), Nicole Carley (Todd), Jason Spinelli (Kim), Shawn Kohlsmith, Kendra Neil (Dan), Steven (Laura), Kristopher Kohlsmith (Jenna) and Melissa Robinson (Clayton); and her siblings, Jackie Nephin (late Alice), Claire VanderEnde (Jim) and Sharon Galarneau (Eugene). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
