He was predeceased by: his brother Ken Carson (late Claudia); and his parents, Andrew Carson and Bella Carson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Carson; his sons, Steven Carson and Stuart Carson (Kim); his granddaughters, Kendra and Erica; and his sister Betty Watt (late David). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In memory of Jack, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Dementia Society of Ottawa/Renfrew County would be appreciated.
