He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Clarke; and his parents, Leonard Clarke and Amelia Clarke. He is survived by: his children, Gail Bilocq (Sylvain), Jim, David, Michael (Sylvia) and Barbara (Hellen); his grandchildren, Kevin (Kerry), John Clarke (Stephanie), Alexander (Olivia), Victoria Clarke and Chris Forcier (Julie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Briley-Rae, Luxton, Cannon, Grayson and Kimberly; his brother Richard "Snuffy" Clarke; and his niece Pat Skujins.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to Shriners Hospitals for Children (Montreal) are appreciated.
