He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howard and Geneva Howard; his brother Terry; and his parents-in-law, Verner and Emgard Borne.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Jane Howard; his children, Carrie Murphy (Reid) and Colin Howard (Sonya); his grandchildren, Chanelle and Ella Howard; his siblings, John Howard (Stephanie), Linda McGuire (Wayne) and David Howard (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Rodger Borne (Bette), Gerald Borne (late Billie Ruth), Lloyd Flood (Zen), Jean Pierre Reid (late Phyllis) and Valerie Trotter (Dan). He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, or the Pembroke Regional Hospital's Cancer Care Campaign.
