She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jeannie McNay and Alexander McNay; her husband Joseph Blake Simpson (Bud); her children, Heather Sorensen, Blake Simpson of Pembroke, Mark Simpson (Mary Lee) of Saskatoon, Holly Weaver (Tim) of Qualicum Beach, Gregg Simpson of Port Colborne and Murray Douglas (Norm) of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Krista Burke (Ken), Kurt Sorensen (Yuan), Jillian Murdock (Hall), Timothy Weaver (Katie), Zachary Weaver (Lauren), Alex Simpson (Allison), Robbie Simpson (Kaitlyn), Connor Simpson, Kayla, Ashley Burke, Jade Sorensen, James Weaver and William Simpson.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
