It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Alfred Bourgoin (Pembroke, Ontario), who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvio Bourgoin and Jean Turcotte; his wife Terry; and his sister Marina. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aiden, Julian, Graeme, Liam, Ellie, Kayden, Jaxson and Connor; his siblings, Andrew, Patty, Pauline, Perry, Greg, Kerry and Holly; Kate Bourgoin.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Monday, December 13th, 2021 at 11 a. m. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID - FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MASS.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital would be appreciated.
