Joan Higginson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Higginson of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on March 31, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Higginson; and her parents, Alexander Spittall and Dorothy Spittall. She is survived by: her daughter Rhea Higginson (Adam Macdonald) of Ottawa; her brother Robert Spittall (Colette); and her sibling's children, Rob, Andra Spittall, Kevin MacDougal (Carolyn), Nancy Blake and Cathy Sloan (Bob).
Please note that we ask all guests who are attending the funeral service in the chapel to please wear a mask.
