He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Court and Lillian Court; and his sister Eleanor Arnold (Tom). He is survived by: his spouse Marlyn Court; his children, Lori Chesterman (Terry) of Port-Elgin and Richard "Rick" Court of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Katherine and Scott Chesterman; and his niece Carolyn Lance (Fern).
