He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeannette Mitchell; his children, Colleen Knoll (Jeff) and Edmonton; his brother James Mitchell of Victoria, BC.; and his parents, Austin Mitchell and Phyllis Mitchell. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
