She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice and Louis Desmond; her husband Gerry; and her siblings, Tom, Frank, Gail, Gus and Geraldine.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila; her grandchildren, Beth (Erek) and Andy (Ariane); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Zoe, Mame, Loreen, Lani and Sandra.
