He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Saar; his children, Melissa Stroud (Richard) of Pembroke, Matthew Saar (Stacie) of Pembroke and Mark Saar (Marie) of Pembroke; his parents, Ernest Saar and Antonia Saar; and his siblings, Doris, Wayne (Judi) and Faye Saar. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
